The choice is yours! One thing that can make it easier to follow your resolutions is to make them attainable and easy to incorporate in your lifestyle. Remember: small changes can make a big difference!

  1. Smile! Did you know laughing is a great way to burn some extra calories? Laughter and smiling are also easy hacks to feeling positive and ready to tackle any challenges you encounter. So bring that positivity with you into 2019 and make sure to spread your good vibes with others.
  2. Prioritize your well-being. Regardless of the difficulty of the goals you set for yourself, you’ll have a much harder time achieving them if your health is poor. If there are doctors appointments you need to schedule, don’t put them off. If you have untreated health problems, address them. And of course, make sure to set up your 6 month cleaning with your dentist!
  3. Brush & floss regularly. And by regularly we mean brush twice and floss once daily. We understand it can be difficult to remember to do when you’re tired or busy, especially if you don’t have a routine in place. Make it a habit to spend a few minutes every morning and night on your dental health and it’ll become easier to keep up with as time goes on.
  4. Break bad habits. Speaking of habits, some you have may not be the best for your oral health. Biting your nails, eating too much sugary junk food, smoking and more—you know you should quit but haven’t gotten around to it yet. Make this the year you do.
